“The Bachelor degree in Electronic Media offered by the Faculty of Language Studies is designed to give students a focused, relevant and utilizable body of knowledge in media, digital editing, online journalism, and electronic media production related topics. The program introduces students to core computer communication, media, digital editing, online journalism, and electronic media production concepts; such as mass media, broadcasting, communication theory, digital editing and electronic media production. The programme equips students with knowledge to broaden the scope of understanding media beyond a simplistic aspect of print media, which is being phased out or replaced by electronic media in most contexts”.
