2021-2022: Served as a member of a specialized technical committee with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) to study and recommend approval/rejection for the certification and recognition of various universities’ recently-submitted management programs/degrees with MEHE

2020 – developed courses’ module specifications for the new, forthcoming MSc in Microfinance

2015: Designed and delivered training sessions in Human Resource Management (HRM) to SME managers who recruit people with special needs (part of the community / entrepreneurship workshops provided by the ‘EntaPreneur’ center at AOU)

2014 & 2017: Designed and delivered training sessions in HRM and Operations Management  to attendees from the Ministry of Social Affairs (part of the community / entrepreneurship workshops provided by the ‘EntaPreneur’ center at AOU)

2014–2015: Planned and developed, as part of a team, the course structure, curriculum and learning outcomes in HRM for this new AOU Bachelor degree
