Karim Rizkallah has
been a full-time tutor since 2002 at the Faculty of Computer Studies at the Arab
Open University – Lebanon branch. He received his master’s degree in
Telecommunications Networks in 2001 from the Lebanese University (Engineering Faculty)
and Saint Joseph University (Engineering Faculty, ESIB).
Since 2007, he has been a Cisco Certified CCNA
Instructor; he also obtained other Cisco Instructor certificates and since 2024
he is a Cisco Certified CCNA Instructor Trainer. He is also the Academic Support Center for the
Cisco Academy at the Arab Open University.
