· prepare weekly tutorials and circulate them to concerned tutors
· update on a regular basis the course page on Moodle
· produce reports an SWOT analysis on the branch’s performance
· provide projections on student enrollment and number of sections
· tailor the course calendars to the branch needs while maintaining a parallel flow to other branches

· design an extensive course guide to students and tutors along with academic calendars

· maintain regular contact with the Dean of Language Studies and consult with him/her on all matters relating to the course
