Recently, Ziad decided to focus his efforts on solving his diabetes problem. He built a phone application that managed to win many funding cycles (totaling an equivalent of $ 150,000) and won many prizes including the first place in the startup competition organized by the Harvard Arab University graduate organization, the second place in the startup competition organized by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Arab Projects Forum, and the second place in the competition “Get in the Ring”.
