Physical Facilities include:
AOU provides a gym on campus, equipped with various, basic sport machines.
A professional nurse is available on AOU premises to help promote the prevention of illness and disability and to assist students and staff in any health related emergency issue.
A cafeteria is opened daily offering sandwiches, snacks, and drinks, while providing a facility for students to chill and socialize.

Student Support Facilities
Career Placement:
All University students have access to career information and advice services provided. The Student Affairs office has a career-related function whereby it assists students in resume writing and job interview skills, refers them to vacancies and available positions in various organizations, and organizes annual career days and job fairs in which local companies and organizations help students meet potential job providers. Job vacancies are announced on the University notice boards and website. The University Personal Development Planning Package (PDP) is intended to help students to acquire the skills that are needed to pursue career goals. It also supports its graduates in helping them secure a job. The PDP package could be accessed on the student online services.
Internship opportunities:
High achieving students in their 2nd or 3rd year are placed in internships and training programs at private and public firms in various sectors.
Work-study programme:
AOU offers students the opportunity to work on campus. Students with financial need or high GPA are assigned to work on an hourly basis in various departments depending on needs.
Support for students with special need:
AOU supports and accommodates students with various special needs: visual needs, learning difficulties, physical needs…
