The services department at AOU has several key roles, the most important roles are the procurement and maintenance of resources and facilities. Its main objective is to insure a smooth and efficient procurement process for the best values obtainable and to develop satisfactory and sustainable sources of supply while maintaining good relations with suppliers.
Our main duties are to procure all necessary equipment and services for the daily operations of the university. We aim to ensure maximum efficiency and availability of equipment, utilities and related resources at optimal cost and under satisfactory conditions of quality, safety and protection for the environment.
