- Financial Aid and Scholarships: The Student Affairs office is responsible for overseeing the overall financial aid process, ensuring that students receive the necessary support and guidance. They manage the application, supporting documents and ensure that everything is in compliance with the financial aid policies and procedures set by the institution.
- Student Conduct, Diversity and Inclusion: The office manages student behavior issues, ensuring a safe and respectful campus environment while making sure that the institution's code of conduct are applied. - The Alumni Office: is also an integral part of the SAO office, where the team strives to develop, coordinate and strengthen its relations with AOU alumni in Lebanon and abroad.
